CAA has helped keep their members moving for over 100 years. Not just with roadside assistance, but in their day-to-day lives as well. It’s a membership that truly offers more benefits than most people know; members included. Through our integrated brand campaign, we set out to showcase the many lines of business that makeup CAA, and with use of the CAA card as a device, brought to life how CAA helps get members where they need to be, no matter what the situation.
CAA understands that every trip you take should be a trip of a lifetime. Being known mainly for roadside assistance, CAA wanted to prove customers could not only book their trip with them but have help in planning every detail along the way. To showcase CAA’s expert planning, we invited members to come inside to discover the trip they always wanted and deserved was waiting right in store.
In 2018, CAA was named Canada’s #1 Most Trusted Brand by the Gustavson Brand Trust Index. To give back, we created a social campaign asking Canadians how else we can repay them for putting their trust in the brand. With over 1000+ respondents, we found a few families we couldn’t help but help, connecting them with CAA more than ever.
