Being known mainly for roadside assistance, CAA wanted to prove customers could not only book their trip with them but have help in planning every detail along the way. To showcase CAA’s expert planning, we invited members to come inside to discover the trip they always wanted and deserved was waiting right in store.

In 2018, CAA was named Canada’s #1 Most Trusted Brand by the Gustavson Brand Trust Index. To give back, we created a social campaign asking Canadians how else we can repay them for putting their trust in the brand. With over 1000+ respondents, we found a few families we couldn’t help but help, connecting them with CAA more than ever.
